PROJECT 15...LAVENDER SUGAR

Now this is real easy to make!

Place about a cup of sugar in a bowl with about four lavender flower sprigs. Cover with gladwrap and microwave for 2 minutes on defrost.  Remove from microwave and allow to cool.  You can now remove the flowers, but I store it with the flowers as I love the smell and taste.

Use in fruit salads or when you bake biscuits.
