Project 99.......yoghurt sauce...almost like the greek one I can not spell!

Grate half a cucumber.  Add 1-2 cloves of garlic(freshly crushed).  Add 1 cup of  plain yoghurt.  This can depend on how much cucumber you have......Season it with enough coarse salt and freshly grated black pepper.....and enjoy!

I use it as a sauce with meat, a dip with chips or finger size pieces of veggies , a salad dressing or a spread on a slice of bread with leftover cold meat or chicken.....and whatever is left in the bowl....I eat  with a teaspoon just as it is!
