Project 260......cauliflower salad




My son came home from visiting a friend and told me that I should make this.  Unfortunately he did not take the recipe, so we had to mix for some time before we got the sauce the way he wanted it.

Cook your cauliflower in salt water for about five to eight minutes.  It must still be crisp.  I cooked my beans with it, as they need to be crisp as well.  Drain your veggies and allow to cool down.  Grate a carrot with it.

Mix about half a cup of mayonnaise with 15 ml white vinegar and 5 tsp of sugar.  Dress your veggies with this.  Place in the fridge until needed.  Even better the next day!
