Project 267....divine chocolate pan cake!

The other day I made this pan cake.  I used my favorite chocolate pan cake recipe.  I  made a syrup on the stove top with sugar and strong black coffee....about 2 cups of coffee and 3/4 cup of brown sugar.  I added half a cup of milk at the end.  

I poured this over the warm cake after I removed it from the oven and allowed to cool down.  I finished the cake off with a tin of caramel condense milk.  I don't think I am ever going to bake chocolate cake without coffee again!
